From what I remember when I ordered, it's a German store, so shipping to the US might take a bit longer. I'd expect at least a couple of weeks, maybe more for a big item like that.

Yeah, I think their main thing is in Germany. For the US, you'd probably have to contact them directly about specific shipping times and costs. Don't think they have a US warehouse or anything.

Returns were pretty straightforward for me when I had to swap a unit. You'd probably be on the hook for return shipping for a big item though, I think.

I'd double check their policy, especially for large appliances. Sometimes there's a restocking fee or you have to pay for special freight back. It's not like returning a t-shirt.
